Returns and exchanges: You may return an item for refund, exchange or replacement within 15 days of the shipment date with pre-authorization as long as the item is unused and in mint condition with all tags attached in original undamaged packaging free of pet hair and odor.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 15% restocking charges apply for returns on all items. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please indicate the reason for the return with your contact information and return shipping address. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Pre-authorization is required by writing FaithASB@aol.com. We will respond with return instructions.  Returns with pet hair that are deemed acceptable will have a 20% deduction from refund. Credit will not be issued for return of used merchandise. Custom orders, toys and treats are not returnable. Springer and WalkyDog will not be accepted for return or exchange if packaging has been opened.

Refused Orders: Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item once shipped, credit will be issued for the item upon return and inspection less shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee.
