The Pet Rider Bicycle Seat does not come with a bicycle rack, which is the flat metal surface you place the seat on. You will need to purchase this separately at your local bike shop. The seat comes with straps that attach securely to the bicycle frame and bike rack.
Safety strap is provided to secure your pet to a harness. Harness is not provided but all sizes of the Sure Fit Harness are available here.
