Measure the circumference of the dog's head/skull, going between the eyes/ears. So, it would go around the head between the space above the eyes but in front of the ears, around the head and under the neck. Small: circumferance between 10"-12.5"
Medium: circumferance between 15"-18"
Large: circumferance between 20.5"-23.5"
