K9 Top Coat Arctic Fleece Full Body Suit for Dogs

SIZES 8 or 9 in ROYAL BLUE OR BLACK
The Arctic Fleece is a unique close-fit bodysuit for dogs made in the USA by a world-leading sportswear manufacturer. The Arctic Fleece keeps dogs warm and comfortable. Made with super-soft microfleece on the inside (which creates a great thermal layer), dogs receive all the warmth of a heavyweight fleece in this lightweight, super comfortable bodysuit. Its 4-way stretch material moves with the dog, is easy to put on and stays in place even when the dog is quite active. Available in various sizes and colors.

Show Dogs: Keeps dog’s coat clean and protected. In many cases, reduces grooming time. Click here for more information.
Rehabilitation: Helps keep dogs from bothering/irritating wounds, stitches, rashes and medicated areas located on body and legs. Ideal for dogs with allergies. Easier on you and your dog than using the bulky plastic Elizabethan (cone shaped) collars or ill fitting garments.

Why is the Arctic Fleece Bodysuit so much better than any other dog coat on the market?
We have a unique close fit design that traps heat close to the dog’s body. This will minimize heat loss to the environment. Our specially created Ice Tec material (straight from Canada-where they know cold weather) is super warm- but still lightweight. Thus we can have the warmth of a heavy coat with the lightweight feel of your favorite sweater.
Can my dog go to the bathroom wearing the Arctic Fleece Bodysuit?
Yes. The garment is unisex so that male and female dogs can go to the bathroom without having to adjust the garment. Females have absolutely no problems. Males, due to their different anatomy, can have the abdominal zipper slightly undone to prevent them from urinating into the garment. The zipper is a non-travel/locking zipper.
Is the Arctic Fleece Bodysuit easy to put on?
Yes. Simply unzip the leg and abdominal zippers. Slip the garment over the dogs head (like a turtleneck), slide the front legs through the sleeves. Then slide the back legs through the sleeves and zip all 4 legs. Then zip the abdominal zipper. Pull the ‘zipper flap material’ across the zipper to prevent catching any hair. You are done!
How long can my dog wear his Arctic Fleece Bodysuit?
Length of wear is variable. Because we designed the K9 TOP COAT to conform to your dog’s body style coupled with the use of high quality, lightweight, breathable Arctic Fleece material, your dog can wear the Arctic Fleece Bodysuit for days (as long as you are able to control temperature and monitor the dog safely). Again, use common sense-regularly monitor and inspect your dog, provide water and shade, and talk to our staff if you have any additional questions.
How durable is the Arctic Fleece Bodysuit?
The Arctic Fleece Bodysuit, though lightweight, is very durable. However, it is not indestructible. We do guarantee that the seams will not come unstitched. In fact there is a full exchange warranty against manufacturing defects. The 4 ways stretch material is of high quality and has such a large amount of stretch it will move with your dog. If the material becomes punctured, it will not run--the hole may slightly increase if not mended.
Can I use the Arctic Fleece Bodysuit in the snow?
Absolutely! The Arctic Fleece Bodysuit works great in the snow-especially for dogs with longer coats to prevent snowballs. Also, because of our close fit design and type of material used you will keep your dog toasty warm. It will also reduce your dog’s exposure to ice and helps to prevent those terrible snowballs from forming on your dog’s legs and abdomen.
How do I clean the Arctic Fleece Bodysuit?
Wash the garment in cold water, gentle cycle, with minimal detergent-or Woolite. Line dry. You can place the garment in the dryer on low head also.
How to measure your dog:
We encourage you to use our measurement guide to be sure that you select the right size for your dog.
1. Top Line - Measure from the middle of the shoulder blades along the back bone to the dock of the tail.
2. Girth -- Measure the distance around the girth from just behind the front legs.

Compare your dog's measurements with those recommended by the sizing chart to determine the most appropriate size for your dog. If your dog's measurements fit into more than one category, use the Top Line measurement alone to select the best size.
